It was so easy to immediately fall in love with these wonderful people. We met at a beautiful, light-filled location and the kids took me right in and chatted away with me and warmed up. We played games, ran around, explored, and this family got to make some new memories together. It was so apparent how much they loved each other and cared about one another. They inspired me to go home and be better to my own family, which is such a blessing from this photography job. There is nothing I love more than to show families just how beautiful their lives and love are right now. Not days or months from now, not a year from now, but right at this very moment. I love looking at a photo and hearing the giggles, being able to be back at what is going on, remember the details, and remember the feelings. I love knowing that when these kids look at these photos, they will see how much they are adored and how important they are. They can giggle as they remember playing together and being silly. They can remember how their parents spoke to them with so much kindness. How lucky I am to witness all of this within an hour and to be able to freeze all of it to be remembered. What a gift and truly a privilege.
