It is one of my favorite things to photograph families over the years and watch them grow. I love seeing personalities develop and connections made. I love seeing how relationships evolve and how love grows. It was so fun to take newborn photos of this new family of four when I was here just a couple of years ago taking newborn pictures when their oldest was born. It is amazing to watch how the stress that comes from having a first born eases up when the second one arrives. You worry less about crying and every noise your baby makes and you can enjoy the little moments a little bit more. The thing that does stay is the sacred and special feeling that is in the home. A newborn brings such a beautiful feeling into the home. Life might feel a little more chaotic, but life also feels more grounded and purposeful. It is nothing short of magical. Big brother was so sweet to his little brother and it is easy to see this baby is in good hands (literally). I can see them becoming the best of friends and I hope I will be able to continue photographing this family to watch and see.
