Time is such a thief, especially in those newborn days. Of course, when you are in the thick of it, it feels like you will never get any sleep again and you will never feel like your self again. You wonder when you will sneak in a shower and you are exhausted. But you are also in love more than you could have ever imagined. This baby takes over your heart and you want time to stand still. You want to memorize every detail, every sound, every smell (okay, maybe not every smell, but definitely that fresh newborn smell!), every moment, every snuggle.
