Roseville Lifestyle Family Photographer | A Darling Family and Their Soon-to-Be New House!

This sweet family contacted me and wanted a photo session at their home they were building and would be moving into soon. They were moving from the Bay area and wanted to mark this important milestone in their family’s life with some pictures so they could preserve these fleeting memories. We had to reschedule our original session date because of the awful smoky air here in Roseville, as a result of the unfortunate and tragic Paradise Fire. Eventually, we landed on a date and had to do it in the early morning hours to make it work.

It was a little chilly, but it made for the perfect excuse to snuggle and keep warm. Their handsome little baby boy was about as happy as could be and his smile was just contagious. I mean, seriously, how can you not smile back when you look at him?!??! We took pictures in his future room and over by their dining area and then we headed across the street to Dry Creek to get some more pictures. There was some lingering fog and pretty much nobody around. It was a beautiful morning and I’m grateful we got to make some new memories to remember for years to come. They have since moved into their house and it is easy to see that their home will be filled with so much love and joy and I am excited to watch them grow while they live in it!
