We were met with the most gorgeous, golden light for this session. I loved meeting this sweet family and getting to know them. They were so kind and loving and caring to each other. It is so much fun to watch and document interactions between family members, especially siblings.

I loved that they handed over any stress or worry about wanting this session to work out and gave it all to me. You know what the result was? Magic!

That is my job and there is so much beauty and relief knowing that! I know, especially as a mother myself, that family pictures can be so stressful. You spend so much time getting outfits just right, then getting everyone ready (including yourself), and then you have high hopes that kids will be in a good mood and well behaved, that their smiles will be real and genuine, and your love for each other will shine through it all. Luckily, you can trust that I will take care of it all once it comes time for pictures. I promise it doesn’t bother me when a toddler has a fit or wants to do something else-we just go with the flow. I promise you will still see the love you have for each other and these photos will become such a treasure. I will show you how your child looks at you with adoring eyes and how your life right now is beautiful.
